Not Ghostbusters, this time.
One of the biggest regrets couples have after their wedding is NOT hiring a wedding planner or wedding coordinator.
Something always goes wrong on a wedding day. From unpredictable weather to vendor mishaps to wardrobe malfunctions, you should expect something to come up. You are IN the wedding, it is YOUR DAY -- Ain't nobody got time for that!
This is why brides and grooms hire wedding planners.
Your wedding planner or coordinator is everything on your wedding day. She will be your wedding decorator, your bodyguard, your saving grace when all those aforementioned emergencies happen.
You cannot be in two places at once – So when the caterer doesn’t know where the cake should go and they need to call someone, they will call the planner. You don’t need that stress while you are slipping into that dream dress! (Sorry, that rhymed!)
During your first look, your planner will be getting bridal party together and ready to go.
While you are saying “I Do” your planner will be on the lookout for any late guests.
While you are eating your first meal as a new couple, your planner will be ensuring the DJ has the right playlist and the dessert is being cut properly.
While you are having your first dance, your planner will be escorting wedding crashers out the door.
There are a million and one little things that your wedding planner will do during your wedding day that you won’t see. And they don’t want you to see that – they want you [and your family] to be fully present on your wedding day.
Of all the reasons to hire a wedding planner or a wedding coordinator, having someone there on your wedding day to take care of things is the most significant reason.
